cant see enemy health bars with default hud settings #153

if tried to fiddle with every hud setting and resetting them and yet i cant see the enemy heatlh ever. it seemed to appear right as i started the intro, before iwent to helgen and slept it was fine in two different saves

the fix for true hud and alternate perspective in nexus worked perfectly to fix my issue
