Sunhelm issue #86

Sunhelm's "disable fast travel" doesn't actually disable fast travel. Pressing this toggle turns the entire mod off and when I try to reactivate it it's broken with the icons not dynamically changing

Gotta turn it off in Skyrim Immersive Wayshrines MCM too
