Unable to download Data_SKSE_Plugins_SSEDisplayTweaks.dll

for some reason I'm getting this error, I installed everything correctl

I just figured out the solution, just take the .dll file of the ss display tweaks and put in the downloads folder, I was trying the .zip file and so it did not work
