Overleveled Draugr #387

In both the current release and the previous beta 2, I've noticed a presence of Draugr Bane's at level 30, regardless of other spawns or the apparent level range of the are. I believe the mod Haugbui may be involved

This should be fixed in the haugbui update in theory.
