Having the Static Field Destruction perk, which makes enemies unable to regenerate Magicka, completely breaks Dragon Priests and Liches. It's really pitiful. A single dual cast Electrocute or a few seconds of Lightning Storm and they're out of mana, and then they just float around helplessly while they die. I realize that my character's current build specifically counters caster types, but Dragon Priests and such are seemingly meant to be some of the hardest bosses in the game with some of the best artifact rewards, in some of the largest, highest level dungeons, etc. I'm not exactly sure what can be done about this other than a hard nerf to that perk or a major buff to Dragon Priests, if this is an issue that other people have experienced? Maybe a health buff and/or a good bit of magic absorption, like the player Lich gets with Undeath, potentially?
