When playing the sheathe animation with 1h and casting (and combos of dual wield) the fov changes twice causing the camera to "pop" out and back. May also apply to animations I havent tested.
In 3.0 when toggling sprint, with weapons drawn, in third person, the same effect occurred I thought 3.1 had fixed the entire issue by updating smoothcam but it seems to have only fixed that specific issue, which was the worst offender by far.
