After Uncovering the adventurers journal I went to the cave to free Hadvar. I had several potions in my inv (.5 lb) but the potion icons were grayed out and selecting any of the potions prompted a item is too heavy message. I was able to workaround this by spawning a new Hadvar NPC, the potions were not grayed using the same dialogue with the new Hadvar spawn.
