Crafting Restore Magicka Potions with other effects makes the Restore Magicka effect last 0 seconds. #527

It then acts like an extremely weak instant potion, in this example it restores 9 magicka in addition to granting the buff effects. Screenshot (2150) Screenshot (2151)

Made potions a few more times and I'm having trouble recreating the problem, sometimes the potions will last 0 seconds, then I leave the crafting table, go back in and the same combination will last 10. It seems to mostly happen with non-vanilla materials.
