Game Brightness - Unplayable

Septimus 3 is probably the best modlist made from Skyrim SE, every thing about content and graphs are Vallina compatible. But I'm facing a big problem playing the game.

That's is probably one of the biggest issues of this modlist that I don't see people talking about in the discord. It's about the game brightness at night and at interiors that turns the gameplay impossible, because I just can't see anything. During day everything is fine, very beautiful and bright, but at night and in interiors, it's unplayable. When I first enter Sigrid and Alvor's home, I could not find the stairs because everything was black. Did even not mention the Helgen kept, it was very hard to just find the 2 chests in the first room with armor. I've found this mod by the youtuber DroppedIceCream, and he clearly says that Septimus is brighter compared to other modlist, but it do not seem the case. Most players do not enjoy hardcore darkness for immersion purpose.

Here I have me at night, without torch and with torch, with barely any difference. This is not enjoyable... I cant adjust brightness because it will be too brighter in daytime. ENB is out of question because of perfomance. I'm using Catedral reshader.

Why is it happening? It it the mod ELFX, or other mod? I guess it shoud be an optional choice , or Is it some bethini config that is already configured by the modlist devs?

I have not touched any settings, it's a clean Septimus 3 install.

Make sure you turn off the Rudy obsidian weather tweaks. That's really the only other thing you can do.
