Unable to sprint with an xbox one elite controller with TDM TDM + NPC's Run and Walk at Your Pace installed. Disabling either mod fixes the issue. After some digging, I found the cause and a patch here.
However, this mod only reduces fJogInterpolationBetweenWalkAndRun from 1 to 0.99, which didn't work for myself and several other users in the posts on the same nexus page. I used SSEEdit to reduce the value further to 0.8 as mentioned by others and it worked, though I'm not sure exactly how much slower that will make NPCs follow.
A simple note about this in the readme could work as a quick and dirty band-aid fix for now. Though for users who aren't experienced enough with modding to modify an ESP with xEdit, adding an MCM or even just an FOMOD installer with a few different preset values would definitely make it more accessible.
