There currently is no Masque of Clavicus Vile retexture in Septimus 4. It is using vanilla textures.
I recommend using "Masque of Clavicus Vile" by Mandragorasprouts to match the Clavicus Vile statue replacer by the same author

Also, about the Clavicus Vile shrine, I noticed the list uses 2 different Clavicus Vile shrine retextures. 1 loaded above that rextextures the vanilla shrine and then Mandragorasprouts shrine replacer that completely replaces the shrine, making the first retexture do nothing.
