Several human female non-vamp characters have vampire lip stripe/part.

Hello, the majority of female characters in the game have the stripe that comes with vamprism during the later stages. They even have the eye-makeup that comes with it and the slight veins that can be seen across the face. It seems to affect mostly imperials and nords, bretons are on the rarer side, I have not seen any of the elven races being affected. Re-installing does not fix the issue, adding new skin/fem npc overhauls does.

This is how Elisif (and any other nord/imperial fem npcs) looks after disabling tempered skins, she looks the same with the mod on but the vampire look is not as extensive.
