So this is barely noticeable at first, but if you end up trying to talk to Beirand, sometimes he will only be found INSIDE the other smelter just... smelting away. You can use the 2nd smelter that's tucked away, but you'll be pushed inside the other one so your entire body is engulfed in the flames (jk but you get the premise lol).
