Discovered that the facegen for the female mannequin - 00166578.nif in
...\mods\Al's HMB FaceGen Patches - Legacy of the Dragonborn\Meshes\Actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\LegacyoftheDragonborn.esm doesn't work.
Big ol' red exclamation mark. The other facegen nifs in that mod seem to be fine.
Hiding 00166578.nif in 'Al's HMB FaceGen Patches - Legacy of the Dragonborn' seems to fix the problem.
