Missing boulder textures outside Morthal and Helgen #690

Several large boulders around Morthal are missing textures. These are behind the Jarl's longhouse, the burnt house, and the Inn. Several large boulders in and around Helgen are missing textures as well, in fact it looks like the LODs are missing/messed up around Helgen. Okay, so I started vanilla skyrim from steam and I see similar texture issues during the intro scene. Looks like something is messed up with my skyrim.esm file, going to completely re-install the game in steam.

Issue was on my end, resolved by completely removing the Steam Skyrim and an old Vortex installation then re-installing the game through Steam.
