Fullscreen/Windowed ALT+ENTER toggling hides window

As of the latest dev snapshots, using ALT+ENTER to toggle between windowed and fullscreen mode will make the game always minimised (or hidden) when windowed. You can still hear it running in the back, and it'll return upon switching back to fullscreen. But it is essentially impossible to play in windowed mode now.

Windowed mode still works as expected on the latest stable.

To add some detail, the game will appear like this when hovering over the Windows taskbar:

Putting the focus on the task will not make the window appear however. The game is then responsive to ALT+ENTER again though, putting it back to fullscreen mode, and in view.

Still seems ok to me (see bottom right for version). I'm able to minimize and restore fine.
