Need to figure out how to package up the script so users don't need Python installed

Using python 3.6.6 and pyinstaller 3.3.1: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36\Scripts\pyinstaller.exe .\steam-library-setup-tool.py
