Create folder note from note #18

Hey, I think it would be useful to convert an existing note into a folder note. Possibly automatically while refactoring a selection into a note (so you'd have a note, select a word you want to turn into a "sub-note" and the existing note would be turned into a folder-note with the new note in the folder).

If you think this is useful and not already implemented by a plugin I've missed, I can look into trying to implement it myself.

The first part "convert an existing note into a folder note" is what I miss coming from AidenLX's folder note.

I don't think the second part is available in AidenLX's version.

It has been released with the latest version but I haven't had yet time to write the changelog but you can try it out and see if there are any bugs I haven't found. To turn create a note from text in a note you have to select a text and right click it.
