Hovering color issues #31

All of the following images highlight bad hovering colors in light mode.

The list item is too dark, and the settings cog has no hover. image

Basically every "x" close button on modals need a hover, for some reason none of them have a hover. image

Every list item in a vertical navigation component: image image

Envelopes need a a hover, in both mods: image

Fixed envelopes and the Ratio title in the top left turned to Budgie in 2ecec12cf5bcae957f9b148ea117b7ddb129e5b0
