New tab idea - In-out system #8

The in-out system: just a simple list, like a spreadsheet, that you can enter each transaction into (deposits and withdrawals), a simple "started with" and "current" totals at the top for easy reference.

This might be the same thing as the notebook approach...

This is the same thing as a checkbook, I was having a stroke. Closed.
