UI Enhancement - Bottom Margin #46

There used to be a bit of a gap between the action tray and the bottom of the screen. The gap was removed when I switched to using icons only. Re-add that gap, either with an <hr />, <br />, or just margin-bottom on the action button div.

There is no documentation for this repo with an empty readme.md. Please give some project details, at least how to run it and how it works.
