On pyinstaller build: Access denied koboldcpp_nocuda.exe' #829

Any idea why this is happening? Its a Win 11 machine and i compiled with w64devkit no prob. So it actually makes the file, but the file is broken, but it cant access it. .. huh. any ideas?
