GP annotations files missing #56

Hi @sebastianbirk , I wanted to rerun the multiome tutorial and also try with other multiome datasets. I think some of the files for the GPs are not in the data folder. I have not used before nichenet or omnipath so I think it could be useful to add to the readme (or the notebook) how to get these files (for any species Hs,Mm,...) or add them in the data folder like the other annotations.
