Connected Glass Light Levels / Concentrated Blocks light level #2046

Minecraft Version: 1.18.1 Forge Version: 39.0.79 Mod Version: 1.6.12 Single Player or Server: Single Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): Connected Glass appears to not have the proper transparency. Additionally, Concentrated Soundproofing and Glowstone both have a strange brightness visual to them.

Partly fixed in 1.6.13; the connected glass seems to be fixed, but the Concentrated Glowstone/Soundproofing still has a weirdness to it.
