Single Player or Server: server and Single

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): I want to to have a config file to completely disable potion and their effect to mod spawning because I cant use this mod in multiplayer and I really want to use this mod but the potion is preventing me form it because its always crash me.(that's what my server staff said to me)
