Can't pipe milk bucket out of Item User

Note that I am playing Direwolf20-1.19-1.3.2 Modpack

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

Attempting to use Item User to fill milk buckets.

The refined storage crafter can insert an empty bucket into the item user. The item user right clicks the bucket on a cow, and successfully gets a milk bucket.

I cannot pipe the milk bucket out of the item user.

Using Item Pipe from Pipez mod, with diamond upgrade to allow filtering. The filter is set to milk bucket. The destination inventory is working for other Pipez, and all Pipez are connected correctly.

Tried it with Mekanism Logistical Sorter. Also did not work from the top or side of the Item User.

Also tried it with Cyclic cables. Does not work. This is clearly a bug, please can you fix this? Thank you.
