Crates sometimes phase through walls when broken. #2259

Single Player or Server: Single Player

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

When I break a crate, sometimes it phases through walls. When it happens with the front wall of my house it's annoying, when it happens with a crate full of loot deep in a dungeon and I can't find it again even in spectator mode, it's a little disheartening.

Note, I think this is more likely to happen when you break the crate while standing at a distance.
