Experience boost not working #2311

Minecraft Version: 1.19,2

Forge Version: 43.2.0

Mod Version: Cyclic-1.19.2-1.8.2

Single Player or Server: Server

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): I enchanted a bedrock pickaxe from the mod (DivineRPG) with experience boost 3 from a villager. I tried to use it but no exp was coming from stone or ores. Should have been giving me a lot of exp but it didn't. I do need assistance in this.

This is the same problem that I have, but my minecraft version is 1.20.1, HELP PLS! :(

Recent updates have made it so extra exp is only given for things that already gave exp, such as coal ore. Not everything gives exp anymore, this was a deliberate change
