Do not show particles from Night Vision helmet #2336

Currently the Night Vision helmet shows particles from the night vision potion effect. Since this is a constant effect, it probably should be configured to hide the particles. (I believe the charm of invisibility is already configured to hide its particles). It should be a simple change here

The particles seems to remain after removing the helmet for quite some time.
