Forge Version: 1.19.2-43.3.9

Mod Version: 1.19.2-1.8.2

Single Player or Server:Server

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):My friend and I were playing in a world with cyclic installed, and mining with a pickaxe with an experience boost did not increase the experience orbs we received, nor did digging for rocks and other items produce experience orbs.

Cyclic nerfed the Experience Boost enchantment in a recent update. Now it only boosts experience from things you would have already gotten experience from, rather than getting experience from everything.
