Fix lime flower generation #2402

Completely missed it in my previous fix PR, but lime flowers stopped generating. This also still ended up causing some crashes when used with other worldgen mods.

What worldgen mods are still crashing after your fixes?

The mods I was using in #2388 were Biomes O' Plenty, Terralith, TerraBlender, William Wyther's Expanded Ecosphere + Tectonic. I got it to work by using an earler version of Cyclic + Cyclic Crash Fixer made by Apollo.
