Server Configuration #6

Is this mod for MP

I try to use the mod in MP, but it seems work with client configuration file not the server side's.

Is there a guide to tell me what to do whit the Server Side.

Sorry for not responding sooner.

I dont really use servers, but i thought forge would just automatically make the server config more important. ill have to do some research to see if this even happens in any version , 1.10.2 or otherwise, and if so what to actually do about it
