Increased Forge version range limit #104

Increased the Forge version range limit as to allow it to run on NeoForge 1.20.1 as well as on newer versions of Forge 1.20.1

Tested locally and encountered zero issues with Neoforge 1.20.1-47.1.99.

Resolves #99, #100, and #102

Actually, the only downloadable version of NeoForge on 1.20.1 is 47.1.101 so we still cannot use the mod :S

Just wondering if it's possible to increase range to 47.2? Seeing the error below in logs. Mod ID: 'forge', Requested by: 'rootsclassic', Expected range: '[47,47.1.3]', Actual version: '47.2.0'

Someone please approve this pull request, it's preventing the mod from working ^^;

I can confirm that it indeed works on latest forge version of 1.20.1. Its about time the curseforge mod gets updated with this simple change so modpackers can include it
