Suggestion: Make Phantom skeletons always pick up loot #57

It'd be nice if the phantom skeletons you summon with the devil's flower spell could 100% of the time be able to pick up armor and weapons from the ground. Currently when summoned they only have a chance to be tagged as being able to pick up loot like other mobs.
