Data-driven rituals

Re-did all the changes to keep them to a minimum. There is still a lot, so here's an overview:

• Ritual classes (everything in elucent.rootsclassic.ritual.rituals) now extend RitualEffect<C> instead of RitualBase.
• Rituals are no longer in a registry, but a type of recipe (RitualRecipe) that uses one of these RitualEffects
• RitualEffects are now the thing that is registered in a Registry and only define the logic + an optional additional config (crafting rituals or summoning rituals)
• There had to be a few changes to JEI & a tad more to everything research-related, especially the ResearchManager has a lot of changes, but they are all the same change applied to every ritual page

I did delete all CraftTweaker methods for now, since they are probably not really needed anymore. There is also the possibility to add custom support for the new RitualRecipe.

I've also did this for 1.19.2 for now, which is maybe not your preferred branch. As soon as anything is acceptable, I will gladly implement the identical changes for any other version that is still supported.

Sorry for the yet again pretty big PR, there was just no way to do this in any smaller package, since it is such a big change :/
