Upgrade parts not work #462

Forge Version: forge-1.16.5-36.2.39

Mod Version: 1.5.3

Single Player or Server: Both not work

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

Both upgrade parts are not working, I can’t put it on any of import cable/export cable

Upgrades go in the UI of specific, filtered cables. The UI can be accessed by right clicking the filtered cable with an empty hand.
