Suggestion: Wandering trader becomes "trader" instead of losing his professions, Compatility with Mod: Villager guards, in depth tweaks for converted illagers #15
_He's still a trader, with "trade" as the new profession, a jack of all trade one who have a bit of everything from other village professions, you can make him normal villager with hubris scrolls, or not as he was born a trader so he will die this way.
_If the trader finds a bed he would sometimes disappear for a while then respawn by his bed with new trades. If you break the bed... he respawn back instantly, or another spawning mechanic so he wont be lost forever.
_you can stumbles upon your traders while traveling and he happily greets you, he escape zombies by invisibility potions then despawn.
_there should be a trader post add by the mod, wandering traders start with apprentice level to keep professions without a post
_Compatility with villager guards, converted and guards live harmoniously, upgrade golems and illagers are healed by clerics and smiths
_Pillagers and illagers should be specialized
_Make witches convertable and become villager herbalist/healer/ undead slayer, their abilities are personalized/randomized for each as they level up their profession
_converted Pillager and witches have profession levels and a small inventory like villagers, they share food and need beds.
_Village protectors, and occasionally some villagers, randomly have nigh owl/isomania trait, who would be active at night instead of days, when the village need protection the mosts
_villagers/illagers sometimes carry torches in low light levels(Night)
_villagers would ring bell if one of them being hit to half health/killed by hostiles, all villager protectors would become extremely active seeking for enemies.
_disable friendly fire for ranged guards, they tend to shoot indiscriminately, especially converted witches she may bring the whole squad back to life, or poison them to death. Could be balanced out by requiring them to reach certain levels to be friendly fire free
_Trades for converted illagers and witches, for they are now villagers (but special) and have their own new professions, witches can be normal trades with herbs and poison. illagers can sell you back their previous victims(flesh,bones from zombies, skeletons,...) or buy random weapons and armors from you. Can also be leveled up by killing hostile mobs.
_Converted can now breed with villagers, their sons will have a small change to retain their professions, unless their own professionalized work bench is added
_artifact to upgrade cat a creeper slayer
_dogs are now able to spawn in villages and have owners, whom they will check on times to times, there should be an artifact to upgrade them as well, like ability to pin down enderman and increased health?
