Quests completion synopsis (for a single character) #327

Assess % completion for quests of a single character. For each quest category : compute quests completed count (unique), quests count. Show a table with category, both counts and a progress gadget (like the one for deed progress).

May be: for a single category, show a table with all quests.

Add a filter on category name (text filter, not a combo-box)
