A web server (servlets? spring? jetty?) that wraps one or several data sets (accounts, toons, kinships).
Define operations.

what web client ?
web enabled LC fat client

SpringBoot seems a good candidate. A micro-POC has been done with one remote server (kindly provided by lotro-wiki admins).
