This one window shall be a hub to access to all data for a single character. Main changes to do:

move the list of character configuration to a child window.
display the current gear/stats of the character
display additional details like title, XP, location, link to kinship
...

First step is to design the UI. Then add new stories for things to do:

read/only version of several windows/panels : virtues, gear, trait tree, ...
...
