Recipes: refactoring of multi-output recipes #430

Get rid of "RecipeVersion" and use the same model as in the DAT files ("CraftRecipe_MultiOutputArray").

Won't do. This is not a good idea. The multioutputarray indicates the new result items, but it may also override the 1st ingredient!
