Some stats sets have "special effects". Those are described by plain text. This text shall be localized.

consumables
items sets
... As those stats are loaded in the context of their parent object, the labels manager shall be the one of the parent objects.

Most of it is done now. Still TODO:

hard coded values like "Set Echoes of Battle damage type to Westernesse" in 1879097240 "Exquisite Superior Westernesse Drum"
