Landmarks database

• landmarks database: identify WState class(es), write POJO and XML I/O, build/save data
• use in PlacesLoader.loadLandmark
• use in LandmarkDetectionCondition and MonsterDiedCondition objects

Landmark attributes:

• ID
• name
• type? Point of Interest or Settlement (see PlaceLoader)
• position?

Done with ID and name. Used in quest conditions. TODO : build the landmarks database from the DAT files.
