Handle damage range for scaling weapons

Scaling computation done. UI updated to add min/max damage columns in the scaling panel. TODO:

• fix min/max damage in items.xml in case of items with modified item level
• check values
• restore min/max damage columns in items explorer
• bring back min/max display in item form for live.
