Traits are loaded during the character import process.
They are used for building the trait tree, for tomes status, for racial buffs and for virtues.
So we do not use a bunch of other traits: instruments, pets?, keys, angmar stones, BB trait tree, mounted trait tree.. Some of these are handled by a dedicated issue.
The traits (and their tier) should be saved to a dedicated XML file for data users.
