Quests/deeds status: display the status of requirements #572

From Zimoon and Crell, Discord 19/11/2023: Would it be possible to, at the Quest window (the one that reads description, objectives, etc.), indicate whether a quest is underway or has been completed, based on the character selected on the Characters tab of the main window? And the same if prerequisites or blocking quests are underway or have been done? Crell: What I envision is something like GREEN check marks to the LEFT of each "Requirement met" requirement and a RED X for requirements that aren't meant"

This will work from the "Quests status" window, obtained from the "Quests" button of a character window. That's how we know which is the current character to use.

TODO: add status icon for the main quest/deed too.
