ENH: add psana converters for the Rayonix detector #1

The methodsCrystFELtoPsana and PsanatoCrystFEL are currently missing. It would be useful to have them, for completeness, and because we might want to archive geometries in psana format going forward.

PsanatoCrystFEL works! And for CrystFELtoPsana it might be possible to hard-code this for the Rayonix detector since it is only one solid panel, no need to define a specific subpanel segmentation!
