2.2 installs from Addons website, but it's broken. #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/11423 , tick the
box for Let me install this experimental addon, click to install.
2. Restart Firefox (i have 3.5.1)
3. Shorten URL appears in install Addons list, but the toolbar button,
context menu entries, and Tools menu entries are absent.
4. Also, clicking the Options button in the Addons list locks Firefox
completely.

What is the expected output?
After step 1, none of the above.

What do you see instead?
Well, DON'T see menu entries and a toolbar button, and also see Firefox
freezing from the Options button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3
Firefox 3.5.1
Shorten URL 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Previous install was 0.1b4 which worked fine.
Other extensions include (a long list, but highlights):
* All-in-one-sidebar
* Tab Mix Plus
* Screengrab
* Firebug, FirePHP
* AdBlock Plus
* Save Session...

Follow-up:
2.1 DOES work with everything else i have going.

Please let me know what other info would be helpful for tracking down this 
issue.

It was my bad. Please install from
http://shortenurl.googlecode.com/svn/xpi/shortenURL-0.2.2.xpi

I'll update the one on Mozilla Add-ons ASAP.
