Shorten URL does not show after upgrading to v0.3.4

* What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install v0.3.4
2. Restart Firefox
3. right clic on any webpage or search for Shorten URL in "Tools": It
doesn't appear anymore.

* What is the expected output?
Shorten URL when right clickin or "Tools > Shorten URL" on a web page

* What do you see instead?
Nothing. Shorten URL does not show up.

* Please provide any additional information below.

Great little tool up to v0.3.0.1, that does not work after updating to v0.3.4
Restarted Firefox a few times as well as tried uninstalling/reinstalling
Shorten URL.

Tried to uninstall 0.3.4 then install 0.3.1 and 0.3 with no real success: 
preferences
reapers as usual (not like with 0.3.4) but Shorten URL does not show up anymore.
Before each install I checked if its folder was deleted into
~/mozilla/firefox/profile/extensions/ShortenURL@loucypher, and that was the 
case.

ALSO ....

v0.3.4 does not work with FireFox 3.5.5 ... cannot access 'Preferences' Also it
prevents multiple instances of the browser being opened!!!  I had to de-install 
it to
make FF fully serviceable again -- no doubt it will catch up! (Ubuntu 9.10).
