Add an arrow to columns where sorting is available #53

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sorting has been added on some columns with version 0.6.3. But it's a pretty rough version and it does not indicate which ones can be sorted, and if the current sort is ascending or descending.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an arrow on sortable arrows. The arrow direction must be set accordingly to the sort order (ascending or descending).

Describe alternatives you've considered An arrow but with no changing direction.

A simple solution would be to use the following characters in column title: ▲ and ▼
